Everybody except that last girl Kristen McMenamy, looks great. Clearly they were just genetically blessed.
Well I just took a look at that Nadia Auerman chick and she looks a little crypt-keeperish.

Err to me it's quite pointless to have them be 'without make up' when the pictures are in black and white! I don't know...just my op...

Black and White photos can conceal of multitude of flaws. Still, they all mostly look pretty good. You can tell who's been practicing good skincare and avoiding the sun.
What we're seeing here is good bone structure that is holding up fairly well to the ravages of time though none of them are technically old yet, just mature.

I think that it's good to show women that NOBODY is perfect and even this women (beautiful) still need the help of makeup/photo softening

Yeah, come on...I can see mascara, liner, etc. Probably at least some powder/concealer as well. Whatever. McMenamy should buy some eyebrows.

The brunettes fair much better than the blondes on whole without makeup. Also, what is up with all of the undereye baggage? Eating disorders?

I don't believe they're without makeup entirely. Maybe the 'minimal/natural' makeup that they make models wear on go-sees. Also, as someone pointed out, black and white covers many flaws. Oh yeah, don't forget about some 'minimal' photoshop.
