I can't stand Avril, but she looks rather pretty there. It could just be the make-up or PS, but she looks a bit different.

I like her, but omg...she's going to be 25 this year!!!
How about we change our look to resemble a woman rather than a teenager!
Okay, she's seriously had the same long hair since she first hit the scene back in '02!!!
It's time for change dear!
Edit: Her eyes look dead on the cover.
