i LOVE it. it needs some art work though, there's nothing on the walls. and the bathtub looks uncomfortable. it looks great, but i'd want something less sharp.
and i'd get rid of the grand piano. i don't know why but to me a grand piano's cheesy unless you actually play incredibly well.
the rest of it though, oh my god, what an amazing house. beautiful architecture. reminds me of a lot of modern houses in mexico in architecture books.

it's ok. the location is beautiful and i like the idea but the furnishings are a bit generic, and i hate the bar/counter thing and the lighting. there's something a bit slick and 80s about it. i very much prefer the tenerife house in the other thread.

awesome! they should sell that idea to other cities. i know geneva has a daycare shortage problem, they could just build one of these in every neighbourhood.

I've always found that pretentious and silly too...

    Love the house. Magical view.

I like it, but for a hillside overlooking a sea I would want something more pretentious and ancient looking more like this(although not an actual theatre of course):

Love the house. The pool with the view is phenomenal.

yes. even more if it came equipped with him!

I do like this modern Tenerife house though, and the pool is magnificent. But I always associate Tenerife with that horrible plane crash.

It would be great for a meditative retreat/escape type of thing. I would want to be there and be quiet, meditate, read, get massages, and RELAX above all. It looks perfect for all of that.

    mmmm ...relaxing..soaking in hot tubs..getting nice massages...mmmmm

YES!!! I love the dark wood and light wall contrast with the beautiful and modern overhead lighting. It'd be so relaxing to read and relax in a hotel like that.
