    Thanks guys!

Chilly, good to know! We were talking about how much we'd love to see Egypt once things settle down over there (IF they settle down over there).

Victoria Falls - loved the area. We were on an extensive trip - France to Morocco and then south to the Falls. Great memories!

Kenya, Haiti (beautiful beaches but primative accomidations), Northern Italy, and closer to home I like Assateague Island and Maine.

If you wait for things to 'settle down over there' you'll never go. Trust fate and go and don't kick yourself in 20 years that you had the opportunity but wimped out. Despite all the negative stories, Egypt is still one of the safest place to visit in the region and you'll get more hassles from street vendors of tourist crap and postcards than terrorist 'martyrs' I promise. It's a fascinating country.

That's exactly my premiss when it comes to traveling. These days you might just as well get blown up on a bus in London.

I love going to Israel. Everytime I go there it is really hard for me to come back home.

A friend who was in Egypt recently said the best thing about Egypt was Jordan.
