Talking PDX named best airport again

Heard this on the local Portland news last night! GO PDX!!
The October issue of Conde Nast Traveler magazine once again names Portland International Airport top of the class for U.S. business travelers.
It's the second consecutive year Portland's airport has earned the distinction. Business travelers vote in the poll, which ranks airports on several criteria including location, ease of connections, baggage handling, food and comfort.
The magazine also recognized the airport's commitment to the environment, including its solar panels and low-flush toilets.

Last year, Conde Nast Traveler complimented the Port of Portland on its extensive airport renovations and wireless Internet service.

I think it's nice, but I think there are a lot of other airports that are nice, and I'd like to hear about them.

I was in Phoenix recently to visit a friend who lives in Scottsdale and I thought their new terminal rocked. It's gee-orgeous.

P.S. Do we have a travel section? I thought we did. I couldn't find it

we went to Portland last year and i loved the airport. BUT one thing was odd, we rented a car, and had to be driven 5 or so miles away to the rental lot!

I thought my favorite airport, Long Beach, would be the best!! It's like stepping back in time.

Ugh. I hate Atlanta airport. Followed a close second by Newark and O'Hare.

Maybe I'm partial b/c I'm from the area, but I don't mind O'Hare, it's MUCH better than Midway, which is just an enormous pain in the ass.

No kidding. Miami and Dallas-Fort Worth are right there behind it.
