Default Views of the area you live in
I know we've had threads before where people post pics of their houses and gardens, but what about the general area you live in. I live in the Yorkshire Dales, which is widely considered one of the most beautiful parts of England with its spectacular views. Here's some typical pics of places near to my home where I walk my dog:

Bella lives in the Shire.

I'll try and upload some pics sometime I've just moved to Las Vegas this week. The entire city is under consrtuction it seems but the surrounding mountains are wonderful!

My part of Melbourne, CBD/downtown in the distance. The white USS Enterprise shuttle craft about to crash is from one of the kids' school projects and I don't know how to photoshop it out.

Going to have to scare up some photos of the gracious Piedmont area of Virginia I live in. It's pretty too. Almost tempted to link to the front page of the local paper, my house is shown on it along with many others in this area. "Gods and Generals" was filmed a stones throw from my house.
