OK, I got 6/11 on the quiz. Not great, but it proves I've watched some Happy Valley.

Lol! Happy Valley is the west of West Yorkshire whereas the quiz was for Leeds (central West Yorkshire), there are difference with 10 miles...

My maternal DNA is a heady mix of Huddersfield and Helmsley. Happen that’s why I’m such a mardy bitch.

I got 8/11. I had to laugh about 'tea' not being gossip.
I have some famous friends and I have mostly not famous friends.

Howarth parsonage (in Howarth) where the Bröntes lived is north West Yorkshire. Moorland, remote (even today) cold....

Yes, it’s very bleak, even in summer. No wonder they all went slightly mad (IMO) and wrote stories that were decades ahead of their time.
