LA Building Gets Exterior Slide 1k Feet Above Ground
According to Curbed LA, The US Bank Tower in downtown Los Angeles is getting an exterior 36-foot glass slide. The Skyslide goes from the 70th to the 69th floor which puts you about 1,000 feet above street level. Wow. That is high. Admission to the slide is the observation deck fee of $25, plus an extra $8 for the actual slide itself. Call me cheap, but that figure is just a little out of my slide budget. By like $33, if you catch my drift.
