Yep that's the first thing I always notice as well. She used to have healthy looking curls now it is dry you can see it breaking around the hairline.

Everything about this woman makes me think "dry", like she's missing some major essential fatty acids or something. Her hair, her skin, she just looks so bloody unhealthy. Eat! Eat food, not cotton wool! Eat some salmon instead of sticking to your lips! Get some fat in you!

It's subtle, but to me it looks like there is greater volume at the corners of her upper lip now compared to the older pic, and her bottom lip looks slightly fuller as well.
