I can't tell if she's done something or not. She does look awful in that picture. But she's really lost her charm to me. I used to like her, but now she seems like one of those singers past their prime but clawing their way into the spotlight.

about 4 or 5 years ago she used to walk her dog in the same park as me and we used to talk all the time. i'll be honest, i had no idea who she was for awhile though i knew her music a bit. i really liked her first cd. she was sweet, friendly and never once talked about herself in a "celeb" way. we mostly talked dogs. i can't remember her dog's name but it started with c. conrad?
my point: the person i met looked nothing like this. in fact i'm thinking nelly died and the record company hired a drag queen to carry on this facade. the girl i met was cute, not blow me away gorgeous, but really, really cute. this is freaky
