I still think it's just the lip gloss & lip liner.
Wouldn't the lip(s) be a lot bigger if it was injected?
Like when you have a busted lip, it swells more than that.

depends. some people ask for more natural effect and inject less colagen.

And I"m not convinced... I know she uses LipVenom, I saw a candid of her w/ the little purse thingie they have on a keychain, on her purse. I think its lipliner, LipVenom and a good dose of pursing her lips to make them look fuller. If you look at her from the side, they seem to be flat and with her face like normal.
