Hmmm on second look her bottom lip does seem slightly uneven, not overdone but not a very good job either. Her face looks kind of patchy too, she really needs to stay out of the sun with that skin tone.

Geeeeeze! Nearly EVERY celeb is getting their lips injected! The thing is, you HAVE to keep injecting b/c it stretches the skin and makes wrinkles once the body absorbs it. You also end up with upper lip sag.

I'm still thinking that it's lipliner, lipgloss and the expression...but given her proclivity toward plastic surgery at a young age, I wouldn't be surprised if she was indulging in fillers too!
