I think she pumps her top lip to even it out with bottom.

Just saw "Electra" yesterday (I regrett it) and it's reeeeally obvious that she plumped up her upper lip. Not only her lip but the whole area between mouth and nose is swollen and don't match with the under lip anymore. Bleeeeeh it ruins her face imo

i never thought she was "hot" or "sexy" enough to play a role like electra. even with plumped up lips and pushed up boobies.

Her top lip looks plumped up lately. There was a blind about an actress using collagen and the most popular answer was her. It looks obvious.

Here's few pics of Jen where you can compare her upper-lip from 1998 to more current pics. There's a huge difference in size so my verdict is, not real.

I still think it is the way she is smiling...I have really full lips and when I smile or laugh very dramatically the top one kind of tucks up under itself and goes up above my gum line.
