Here is one article about it..
And..
It's been rumoured that the twins had both gotten nose jobs right before they turned 18, as well as an eye lift to give them bigger and whiter eyes.
Here it looks like Ashley has did something to her lips as they're swollen, twice as large, and gross looking. Usually the upper lip should be 1.5 times smaller than the lower one, in her case it looks of equal or even larger size.

^^ Great point Inna. Nobody can say for sure if she has or hasn't, but it looks pretty obvious to me that she has.
No matter how much I pout I can't get the skin around my lips to have a swollen effect and I have very full lips.

Well I have VERY full lips too and I can pout like that (without any make up of course...I'm a male) And besides - her lips don't look swollen at all to me.

Forgive me but I find that very hard to believe. Anyway, I didn't know men sat in front of the mirror pouting to see how big they can get the skin around their lips to go

LOL, good one - but I'm hardly looking at myself in front of the mirror....it's usually when I'm doing a specific imitation (in my country there's this idiot model with these horrible fake lips...people find it amusing  I imitate almost everything, it's nothing special) - but I'm NOT the kind of person who cares about his looks.
