maybe the bottom lip thinned out more with age, making the top one appear larger?

Her early pictures reminds me a lot of Mandy Moore for some reason.

I hardly post on Angie threads where there is no Brad, but even I see that her half her nose was chopped off. Ok, smoothed, refined.
Her arms always remind me of cooked linguini.

I dont see any lip work at all. They look the same. I have full lips and with makeup, and changes in weight in the face, they can look different. If she DID have any work, its so subtle.

I think she's had the lower lip reduced, actually. Her upper lips may be plumped, too, but it's very well done, if so, and doesn't seem to be the permanent kind. It probably it looks good on her because she already has naturally very full lips - the upper lip is very full even in early teen pictures, it's just so overpowered by her huge lower lip. It's still full now, but much more in proportion with the rest of her face. Just look at how her mouth looks much wider in more recent pictures, because of the slightly more narrow lower lip!

As far as the lips go, they do look bigger. We also have to take in consideration that our faces change drastically from teen to mature adult. I don't think she had a nose job, most likely her nose thinned out when she lost all that weight and became skin and bones.

From my understanding, yes faces do indeed change! Apart from the obvious aging process etc, as we get older our lips thin out and our noses spread. That's why you see so many older people with huge noses. And see so many women with extra thin lips (think Elle McPherson). Unless of course you belong to the surgery and botox brigade.

I do not believe in the whole 'faces change from teen to adult'. I have the same features as I did when I was a teen. If it does change, it's maybe the neck or cheeks if someone has gained or lost weight. Not lips.

What exactly does pillow lips mean anyhow? Apart from the obvious that they are big?? Does it mean she just has a bigger patch of drool on her pillow in the morning?
