That's the current beauty trend, it'll change in a few years (or decades  )
I think medium sized lips are best, Angelina's are a bit grotesquely large, but they work for her face and make her unique.

I'm not talking about fashion trends. Large lips have always been appealing to men. Especially in latin countries---large lips and large booties...lol

Not sure if she has had her lips enlarged or not. She's very exotic;maybe the lips are just part of the package. And I agree it's possible to make the lips look bigger with makeup.

Funny how she's smiling in all the "before" pictures, but not in the "after" ones. Lips look thinner when smiling.

Everybody says she's so exotic, but her eyes and nose, while attractive, don't scream exotic or otherworldly to me. Her ayes w/the skin tone and full lips, yes, but her lips are really the only exotic feature.
