They say with age comes wisdom. But that appears not to be the case with Mission Impossible actress Emmanuelle Beart as she stepped onto the red carpet at the Venice Film Festival with a trout pout.
The beautiful 45-year-old, who has also starred alongside Johnny Depp in Don Juan, joined the likes of Charlize Theron for one of the most important dates in the film calendar.
But she looked markedly different from her usual dainty self.

While the actress has always been blessed with full pouting lips, it seemed as though the area around her mouth was more prominent than usual.

Duh, she finally admitted a few months ago that she had lip augmentation when she was 27 (in 1993, I think)

She has that weird fold under the bottom lip in both pics. I don't think that fold is naturally occurring, yet her lips don't look any different than they did in her movie, Date with an Angel, in the 80s. I don't see where her augmentation really did anything for her.
Side note: I saw that movie when it came out, and later that night, I cried because I realized no matter what I did, I would never have that level of Hollywood beauty.
Why does she look so wonky in that pic on the left?

I would bet the nose has been refined and her eyes have had work. She seems to have had a middle face lift as well.
She is still an ugly chick, but better now.

She looks so much better now that she did previously. I remember she came out in a movie that was somehow always on tv when I was a kid..
