Ok she's one of the very few cases where in my opinion plumped up lips (actually lip, it looks like it's only the upper one) look better than natural lips.
But the first thing to do was definitely pluck those eyebrows!!!!

I much preferred her natural lips. She should have left them alone and attacked her eyebrows with some tweezers, and those boobs could have done with some attention before the lips - can you say saggy???

No seriously! It's totally true that she tries too hard, but that's a different story, what I meant to say is that in my opinion the lips themselves don't look bad!
Especially compared to what augmented lips most of the times look like!!!!!!
