Nicole Kidman's face is so strange. She looks nothing like she used to, but it's always hard to pin point exactly why. I think it's the mouth.
 
Her mouth used to be arched in the middle like a bunny rabbit. Now thanks to augmentation it looks like two strips of salmon slapped onto her face.

Don't know if it's just the lips... I think she looks of different because of those, botox, nose job (most likely) and maybe even cheek implants?

She looks so different, but it is really hard to place. I think my money has to be on lip augmentation, tons of botox, and cheek implants. Maybe a nose job, I can't tell. I do think cheek implants can change a person's look quite a bit, and they're often what we're seeing when we look at stars who've wonkified their faces.

Those would be my guesses as well. I noticed she was going downhill after the divorce, and was a bit alarmed, thinking stress did to her. Then I saw a comparison like Laurent posted on APS and I realized she did it to herself with awful plastic surgery. It makes me sad; I used to think she was so beautiful.
