she didn't have a nose job between these two pictures.
whatever is up with those lips is making her pout, looks like discomfort imo. pout your top lip and your nose narrows, turns up slightly and changes the appearance of your nostrils.

In her defense..I can do the same thing to my nose and lips. If I pull my nose down and in, my nose gets smaller and my top lip kinds of gets puffy and then I can stick it up/out and make it look bigger. Maybe she tried it for a pose..kind of like how Keira Knightley always does a lil' pout in her pictures. Either that..or she did get surgery. Who knows.

Some clever Italian journo came up with the name
"Labbrosaur," suggesting "labia/lip" with (dino-)"saur".
But it hasn't caught on.

I've seen recent pics of her and thought, Why The F--- is she so special?
Now that I see how she used to look, I have a better idea.
