Wait, so she is saying that her lips look like they do because she had silicone injected into her top lip 23 years ago and it caused scar tissue? It looks like she has had weekly silicone injections in her top lip as well as cheekbone surgery.

Maybe I don't believe her because it's hard to take anything that comes out of that ridiculous mouth seriously.

LOL, ok correct me if I'm wrong, but in the video when she's talking about the "scar tissue" building up, does she say "and I liked the way it looked." Is she saying that she likes the fact her messed up silicone that is destroying her lips made them bigger?
