Her lips definitely look different....it looks like she enhanced her top lip the bottom one has always been pretty full.... but then again it could also just be really bad makeup.

I saw that pic somewhere and I almost skipped it cause she looked different.

She was pretty without ANY PS. She didn't even need to get the boob job IMO.

Personally by looking at the only pic we have I say it's only bad makeup, because the upper lipline is drawn clearly above the natural lipline.
Altering surgically her natural lips would be a crime.

It definitely looks like she had the top one pumped up, its hard to tell in the new pics though because she's pulling the same face in both pics which makes them look bigger anyway, they do look very shiney too which could mean its bad make up! 
Whatever she's done isn't terrible, atleast her lip hasn't swollen and ended up looking like a duck's beek, but her lips were nice before.

I swear, this may be the only celebrity ps that has actually affected my mood. WTF?! She was gorgeous from the start, why on earth would she do this to herself? Does she really think it's an impovement?!

It looks to me like it is makeup, it looks like the lipstick was applied over the natural lipline for sure, it does not look like collegan to me. I never thought she was gorgeous though, she is just a peice of trash.

Her upper lip is SO thin, I don't see how she could have achieved the flat, sluggy upper lip effect with makeup alone.
Well, this just turns my world upside down. Here's a picture of her from today:
I guess it was just lipstick!
