I take a big backpack to the grocery store to fill my shopping with. I find it easier to carry also.

I do pretty good but we replaced our toilets with the models that you don't have to flush 2-4 times that were SUPPOSE to save water! I hear that are a no no but even the salesman said they make more since to flush once and only once.

I have an aunt and uncle who are very big on environmental stuff and they have a sign above their toilet that says "If it's yellow let it mellow, if it's brown flush it down"

I'm all about water conservation but I guess I don't love the planet all that much to not flush that often. I should switch to the newer water saving model of toilet.

My old boss had a sign like that in the bathroom at his family's house, too!

In Oz they have a 1/2 flush button for yellow, and a full flush button for the other. In Canada, it seems like we must use 50 gallons for each flush.

Another tip I've heard was to try to do most of your laundry on the same day. I guess it saves on the gas and electric to keep the dryer running, instead of stopping it and starting it cold everyday.

^ wow thats interesting! I do that anyways just b/c i f-ing hate doing the laundry and try to get it over with as much as possible in one horrific nite!

That the thing, those toilets don't work! You got to flush them 2-3 times before anything goes down!
