Who in there right mind would do that? That shit is forever. You can explain away a flower, some tribal thing, even a panther as a drunken mistake or being young and foolish, but she ain't that young, and how drunk would you have to be to end up like that? I was looking for the "Lowlife Trash" tattoo on her forehead, but I guess it would be a waste of ink considering it's obvious right away that's what she is.
