    ^^

I've been guilty of calling my babies some embarassing names....
Poot Scoot, Princess Tiny Hiney, and Chief Little Booty are some of my faves.

actually, more like projectile vomit but there's not smilie to adequately depict that.

the 3rd tackiest name after that would be america. i can't believe america ferrara's parents called her that, and that she kept it as her professional name.

My mother used to work in Labor and delivery at the hospital. She used to laugh at the crazy names women would dream up. Examples...Toyota Corolla..Female pronounced feMALEya..Orangejello pronounced orONshello. Expecting mothers out there, remember that your child has to live with your wacky name choices.

I don't have kids, but if I did I think I'd go with Mary or John!

We had some awful nicknames as well. My mom had a cousin named Tootie and I was always making fun of her name because even as a child I thought toilet humor was the funniest thing in the world. So my mom started calling me "Tootie Belle," which she occasionally shortened to "Toot".

My sister was called Tard or Tardly because she was always so slow, taking her time at everything. Amazingly, she wasn't offended by this at all and even signs her birthday cards and Mother's Day cards to my mom "Love, Tardly"

Urg, my Mum used to call me "Boo-boo." I hated it.

I never asked her why Boo-boo (Yogi Bear reference perhaps?), but I'm gonna Facebook'er and find out!

This is hilarious!! Your mom sounds like a lot of fun.

Not only do I give mine nicknames, they each have their own silly theme songs as well! I try to hold off on singing them in front of their friends.... don't want to embarass them too badly.
