I HATE this fucking hairstyle with a passion. It looks like shit on 99% of all teenage pimply faced boys with more grease than the jar of bacon drippings on my grandma's stovetop.

I was a camp counselor a couple years ago, and some of my campers were in the theatre department’s production of The Nightmare Before Christmas that a staff member adapted for the stage.

I commented to some of them how nicely the set resembled the original, to which they responded, “The original?” They were unaware that it was a movie. I later looked it up - it came out before they were born.
The film came out in 1993. Sixteen years ago.

Jonathan Lipnicki, the guy who played the cute kid in Jerry Maguire…

    ..is now 18.

He can buy beer in England. Eeeeeeeshk.

‘Homeward Bound: The Incredible Journey’ was filmed in 1993, 16 years ago.

The dogs and the cat are almost certainly dead by now.

Remember the cute, little girl in “Jurassic Park”?

Ariana Richards turns 30 in September.

Zach Morris’s cell phone weighed 8lbs and he was the only kid in school that had one.
    That's hilarious!

Ok, I know a lot of people watched Saved By the Bell when Zack and the gang were in high school.

But did you watch the episodes when they were in jr. high and Hayley Mills was their teacher? I did, I was like 5 or 6 though and it was on the Disney Channel.

I still remember it, it was called Good Morning, Miss Bliss!!!

I felt old when I went to see Morrissey and told one of the people chatting with me that I actually saw The Smiths....they looked at me and said "Damn...that was like 25 years ago!! How old are you?"

I wasn't feeling too elderly, until I saw that Martha Quinn just turned 50 recently. Sigh.

My 8 yr. old calls the music from the 80's "the oldies".

When I think of the crappy music, cartoons and shows kids have today, I think those of us who came of age in the 80's-90's had it much better.

    That was funny.

I felt old when I saw it was Penny who started the thread, not one of us biddies.
Hello mother fucker! when you ask a question read also the answer instead of asking another question on an answer who already contain the answer of your next question!

    *sigh* me too.

On a brighter note, I once asked my mother how old she was when Daniel Boone died.
