To be honest, I like the funny hat idea.

    And the sparkly trainers.

Ok, these are all pretty ridiculous, but the tennis ball massage thing works. It doesn't work like a relaxing Swedish massage obviously, but it's a good deep tissue massage. I use it myself by leaning up against a wall and rolling the ball over a knot in my back, rolling out my piriformis, or getting rid of cramps in the arches of my feet. It's like a more concentrated foam roller and I know plenty of athletes that use it but it's pretty damn painful.

^ yeah, the tennis balls are useful. My MIL is a massage therapist and uses them.

What kind of magazine is this, it looks like they purposely choose the worst idea and run it in the magazine as some gag joke. This can't be real! Lol

Is the magazine some sort of sanitary napkin propaganda mouthpiece?? Me, I use sanitary napkins to shake hands. Nothing worse than feeling someone's sweaty palm. And people can't stop raving about how much they love my futuristic funky gloves! Just stick the sticky side to your hand and... WA-LAH!!

Are you sure these tips aren't from the Onion or a similar gag site?

    That's the best one.

Some of these just make the tasks seem harder, especially texting with a Q-Tip...
