That wasn't what I wrote. I wrote that it is probably dangerous to have a small child, or anyone for that matter, riding in the same enclosure with an ostrich.I agree with you there, that child looked too young to ride alone

but it's not too young to be riding alone - i know lots of people who started riding horses and taking lessons when they were even younger.
