Oh please no! Please don't go there! When I was a wee girl of 9, I saw the neighbor of a family friend slaughter some pigs. I properly fainted. Then, I kid you not, the same week, I saw a special on tv about veal and the farmers were separating the baby calves from their moms-arghhhh, the screaming sounds killed me! I had nightmares for months. I remember my " meat" week as if it were last week because I've never eaten meat since. I'm not preachy against meat-eating, I just can't do it.

BUT, if I ever want to know more of the truth , I'll ask you because I know you could break it to me gently.

Oh, and I keep meaning to tell you that I love your "Asshats of Evil" Whoo hooo!

The world's youngest parents were 8 and 9 and lived in China in 1910.

    HOLY CRAP!!!! .......how?.......

The reason firehouses have circular stairways is from the days of
old when the engines were pulled by horses. The horses were stabled
on the ground floor and figured out how to walk up straight staircases.

    That made me giggle.

Ooooh, cool tidbit to share with my son!!!

David Prowse was the guy in the Darth Vader suit in Star Wars. He
spoke all of Vader's lines, and didn't know that he was going to be
dubbed over by James Earl Jones until he saw the screening of the movie.

Now that had to be a major bummer.

In every episode of Seinfeld there is a Superman somewhere.

I watch it all the time...now I'll be looking for it...

Cat's urine glows under a blacklight.

Not surprising...cats have some nasty, powerful pee.

The first toilet ever seen on television was on "Leave It To Beaver".

Was Mrs. Cleaver purging in it???

The name Wendy was made up for the book "Peter Pan."
