They were strange, the bright light bothered me a bit, but otherwise, I'd forget I had them in until someone would comment.
Yours don't have the thin black border, I wish I had bought those. If you don't mind me asking, what did you pay? I got mine online from the UK for about $23 US. My local costume shop had them "on sale" for $64 US.
P/S, love your "sores"! I might try that next year.

Love the costumes here, everyone looks great!
Here is my version of a ghost. The contacts were a hit, it was my first time wearing them, and they worked out well, definitely a do for next year!

for work, I was a little more subtle, had spiders around a white eye

Love the contacts!! I like your version of a ghost.
Yes I made the costume myself, thanks for the complement!

Thank You! I had a ruffle collar, layers of white and off white, the top layer had strips torn so they floated as I moved around. Didn't get a full pic of that though.
What did your cloak look like?

The cloak was the same greenish suade on the outside and lined with the bronze/gold colored satin material. It was a pain to make, I hate lining costumes. Pain in the buttocks. But in the end it worked.
