    Another good thing about Manitoba is that winter comes early. Like in the beginning of October.

    Those sculptures are amazing.
    I wish BC got that "type" of snow We usually get the thinner type snow and you can barely make a snowman with it let alone something like that. Although last year's snow dump was the type of snow that areas back east get (thicker, "packier" <- yes I know that's not a word)

    Are Newfies as strange as I think they are? I've met a couple of them, and while they are as nice as can be, they just seem so out there. I asked my friend from Alberta about them, and well, he just laughed at me, like I missed some sort of joke.
