    Default MENSA Intelligence Test

    http://www.i-am-bored.com/bored_link.cfm?link_id=15263

It's a fun one! If you enjoy brainteasers, you'll like it! And, apparently, anybody who scores at least 19 out of 33 is a "genius." I dunno about all that, my own high score notwithstanding.

I scored 20 out of 33 in the first ten minutes. Then I spent about another 2 hours or so on the test while at work. As of now, after having spent approximately 3 hours, I've managed to score 30 out of 33! I had my co-worker (who told me about the site) tell me one answer that I knew I'd never get, so my score right now is actually 31 out of 33.

I got 28, but I'm a slight cheat. We did these in high school and they come back to you very easily. I didn't know any of the bible related ones though and there was one where I KNOW I had the right answer, but it wouldn't accept it for me (I went back and googled the ones I didn't know after I finished filling out the ones I did).

Ooooo, you little stinker, No Day! But, yeah, it's a fun test. I don't know about all that genius business, though. I mean, if it were to take me a week to get all the answers (without outside help), while it took someone else only a couple of hours, would that mean anything? Would I be considered a slow genius???

Ooooh I thought you meant a serious one. I took a real MENSA test when I was eight, and I'm a member now!

I'm jealous! I took a MENSA test a few months ago but stupidly enough for Switzerland they have only a complete test in German. My mother tongue being French, I could only pass part of the test, the part with numbers and geometric stuff. I did not get to make the part with lists of words etc. And since I'm really good at that I was a little when I got the results and was just a few points short of becoming a member

Every time I take one of these online IQ tests, I score in the genius range. Sure, I made excellent grades in school, and, sure, I'm probably a whole helluva lot "smarter" than most people I encounter, but genius? Me? Mebbe. I've toyed with the idea of being a member of MENSA. Who knows? Perhaps one of these days I'll apply...

ETA: Heh heh... I'm not the only one who double-posted, am I?

I got 26 but I should have gotten 28 because it wouldn't accept (spoiler) 13 Loaves in a Bakers Dozen and 1000 years in a millenium for some weird reason.
