^^ I was never taught it like that. Were you a special child lou? Did you go to school on the short bus??

I was taught AEIOU as well. Later on I supossed that even though Y can be used as a vowel technically it wasn't..

hehe no i just had this realy nuts primary school teacher who made rhymes out of everything we learnt! she used to have this 'magic box' too she'd put something in when it was break and then we had to sing all these songs to it till it opened and we seen what was inside an then she'd tell us a story about it, she was proper nuts!! im glad i only had her for a year i think i would of turned retarded after any more of that, then i deffo would of been on the short bus!!
