I don't know, lemme ask my teenage son. He regularly eats obscene amounts of food.

yeah there's two types, the one in coconut will actually lower the bad one. it's like a balance between the two, you can't have 0 bad cholestral, it's more aiming for a ratio.

The thing most people dont realise though is that ALL fats (saturated or non saturated) cause you to gain weight. My mom used to think u can have non-cooked olive oil/avocado/nuts and its good for u. I had to argue that it MIGHT be 'better' for your heart than chocolate, yes - but you're still gonna gain weight!!

Olive oil is very good for you! But I use grapeseed for high temps too.

Its obvious that one person cannot eat that. Its for share I'm sure.

I know people who can eat a whole 1 pound Fuddrucker burger in one sitting. I thought that was bad enough. I never had one.

CLEARFIELD, Pa. - The burger war is growing. Literally. Denny's Beer Barrel Pub, which lost its crown as the home of the world's biggest burger earlier this year, is now offering a new burger that weighs a whopping 15 pounds.
Dubbed the Beer Barrel Belly Buster, the burger comes with 10.5 pounds of ground beef, 25 slices of cheese, a head of lettuce, three tomatoes, two onions, a cup-and-a-half each of mayonnaise, relish, ketchup, mustard and banana peppers -- and a bun.
    It costs $30.
