Sumo wrestlers can't reach their own ass cuz they are so big, they get their assistants to do it...
ETA: I heard that assistants use chopsticks to hold the toilet paper and to wipe...Ew.

When my father was in a persistant vegetative state I sometimes cleaned him up and found that polyurethane gloves and lots of wipes did the trick.

I saw this woman on TV the other day as she is in the UK for something or other. She was showing how she could do really quite fiddly things like doing up small buttons - she sort of uses the side of her fingers. She is getting the nails lasered off because her husband is ill and she needs to look after him.
