I guess I'm on my own then. Apart from stripping, I thought the act was boring and dragged on way too long, and all that winking and mugging was annoying. But I'm no fan of magic tricks unless they're mind blowing - this chick strutted around naked waving a red hanky.

you aren't alone, i was thinking pretty much the same thing. But, i figured since I hate magic that was why I didn't care for it.

me three. i hate magic and most stand-up comedy and this chick is a mix of both so yeah, it's not surprising i didn't like it.

I saw this clip years ago. The weird part is that the performer is not a stripper or a magician. If I remember correctly, she is some kind of performance artist -- she shows up and does unusual things that people don't expect. However, the audience seemed pretty receptive to the act.

She's a burlesque artist, thus the 'cheesiness' of the act. She also claimed that she didn't know she was being filmed/this would be circulating on the internet. But she signed a waiver to that effect so I don't feel too sorry for her.
