Are we looking at the same picture? She's hideous! She looks sick, she has for several years.

Yes, we are...I happen to be a Vicky fan. I think she looks great.

Is it just me or is she wearing the same dress in a different colour in every pic lately?

I really like the dress myself, save for those sleeves.
I think that her face and neck are looking awfully thin.

I saw these Alexander McQueen shoes on NetAPorter.com and I immediately thought of this thread...

^^ They'd've gone great.
I love me some Vicky - she so much better than she used to be LA seems to have done her good.
Is that dress part of the Balmain collection? Fashion trends on VOGUE.COM: Trophy Jackets (Vogue.com UK)

Yes! The dress is Alexander McQueen and is on net-a-porter for $1500. I LOVE it but wouldn't get it until it was 90% off, though... Of course, Posh doesn't need the uber-slimming effect; she looks even more nonexistent than the runway model who wore it!

She can wear just about anything. I don't like the sleeves though.

Why oh why are there so many pics of her arriving and leaving restaurants on the web but she never eats?

I was wondering the same, she looks like she's hungry anyway.
