If it was from swimming and sun, it would be lighter on the top layer of hair, then darker on the bottom layer at the nape of her neck. In one of the photos she has a little bit of the hair from the nape of her neck around to the front, and it's the same exact color. There are no highlights or lowlights. It sure looks like it's dyed.

Agreed. My hair looked exactly the same when I was that age. It was naturally dark , but when in the sun and water, it lightened up fast. Still does, much to the dismay of my stylist.

I think it's the lights too after seeing a video of this on tv; her hair is still dark.
