Considering she claimed to have contracted Hep C from Tommy, he looks healthier and better than her, relatively speaking. Does this mean he just takes better care of himself, or he doesn't have it?

I think the entire story was utter bullshit on her part. When she first came out with the story that she got Hep C from him, he denied it, saying he didn't have HepC. I hate his guts, but tend to believe him over her. He may be complete ick, but he seems to tell it like it is. She, on the other hand, seems to flap her jaws about made up crap (the HepC and the miscarriage of KidRock's baby).
