Good legs, but I think most people have nice legs at 15... at least among my friends, that was before cellulite kicked in. And as someone with a trainer and endless resources and time to get in shape, there's no excuse for her NOT to have good legs.
The outfit is ridiculous. Biker shorts with Uggs?? Seriously? Does she really think she's cool enough to pull that off?

I dunno....unless one has decent genetics, I've seen plenty of teens (even non-overweight ones) with shitty legs. Sometimes it takes years of being active to build up the muscle tone to give some people a bit of shape to their otherwise tapered (or completely straight) stick looking legs.
