So, she was stoned, had the mad munchies, and headed to Taco Bell. With too much blush and eye make up.

^ lol! Maybe my fashion sense is off but that belt with a t shirt just doesn't work...and don't think it would work with anything. Guess she's trying to show off her waist and distract from her face!  She seems so desperate for attention. The outfit would look ok without the ugly ass belt.
