That is not natural thin. I believed that during the first Pirates but now I think she's on a nose candy diet.

As much as I hate to defend Keira, because I find her very annoying, I must say a friend of mine is naturally that thin.
She doesn't do drugs, never hits the gym and doesn't have an ED.
She has never been on diet and would love to gain some weight.
So, it is possible to be so thin naturally.
Moreover, my firend too has moments where she is thin, but not to the extreme and moments when she gets extremely thin like Keira here.
This doesn't mean I believe her when she says she eats like a horse, of course!
On the other hand, I find very positive that she never tried to balance her pear-shaped figure with a boob job.

While I loved her in the "Pirates" movies/series, she looks horrid here. She always looks like she's sucking on persimmons.
Plus that dress is a nightmare. Like I said earlier, Q-Tip in Purple.

Maybe Keira does or doesn't have a problem, but she has been shrinking for some years now. I know it's possible to be natural thin, I am myself, but she looked natural thin in the first Pirates while now she seems so gaunt. She looks different in my eyes.
And I am also glad she never got a boob job. For once someone in Hollywood is proud of not having huge boobs.

She went from normal looking hottie in Bend it Like Beckhem to rail thin oh so bony if I trip I'll snap........oh so sad. Still bone her, but still so sad.
