Knowing how Tom is, and how Katie is now, I'm not surprised that they did it. I'm not surprised that she's still on the bottle, either. All of the CO$ kids are gonna end up growing up nuts.

I always thought they dyied her hair when she had darker hair. It never looked natural to me. Now, it does.

I don't think they dyed her hair. It's probably just lightened from the sun and swimming pool.
And/or the lights, as KristiB said.
