That top does not fit her properly, it's too big and makes her look matronly.
OT, I can't believe she was invited to any red carpet event, even if it is the Kids' Choice Awards.

And she did lose some weight, she should be showing it off instead of wearing jeans with what is clearly a dress. It comes down practically to her knees. She's pulling the opposite of a Britney, making a top out of what is obviously supposed to be a dress.

Jennifer has an incredible figure but she doesn't really wear clothes that flatter her. I don't know why anyone would wear this dress with a pair of jeans. The dress doesn't fit her and it is awful looking. Honestly I think she wore this outfit to distract us from noticing the unkept mop on top of her head.
