I think she looks horrible. The hair is ratty, the dress is an ugly color and unflattering and the shoes are just bad. She looks bloated to top it off.

I love Italian women.
Italians seem to age well on average, I read once where Ray Liotta credited his "oily Italian skin" for his youthful look.
But he's obviously had something done, so maybe that's not a good example.
