Pretty dress - nice for someone her age. Hair is too dark though and doesn't look natural /good. Her earrings look so heavy - ouch! The mom makes me ill.

Alright, besides the fact that I am truly sick of this GIRL, and because she is putting herself out there. I will tell you the truth: HATE the color of the dress, not good w/the color of the hair (don't hate the color of the hair though), and the hair STYLE sucks too.
Though, I'll be honest and say that there was little she could wear or look that I would like at this point. Hating on her completely.

I swear her MOM dresses her. It's really pissing me off lately. She looks like a tramp, she looks nothing like a 14/15 year old.
The eyebrows are over plucked. She has her LiLo duck pout. Her hair color is way too harsh - So is the lipstick. The earrings don't match the dress at all - they look like they're from the dollar store. The shade of the dress is not flattering at all.
Dump your dopey Mom and get a stylist Miley! And if you have one, FIRE them.

I agree with everyone about the pouting. It has got to end. She looks stupid trying to act like she's 30. Who even cares about her besides a bunch of 8yr old kids with all their little Hannah Montana blankets and blonde wigs.
