Hey guys, thought I'd start posting pictures, and introduce you to "other" celebrities. Now, while the French users of Gossip Rocks immediately start bashing her, let me introduce you to Lorie:
At 25 years of age, Lorie is one of France's best-selling and most popular (yes, much more than Alizée) but also most hated and most ridiculed young female pop singers. She started out back in 2001 and was quickly dubbed the "French Britney Spears" due to her blonde hair and similar videos. The nickname was however dropped once Britney started to slut it up and become batshit crazy while Lorie remained quite wholesome. Through the years, Lorie has released no less than 5 studio albums, 3 live ones and a Greatest Hits CD, as well as 5 DVDs and 2 books. She also designs a line of tween girl clothes and has a range of music-related toys. Despite her huge popularity however, Lorie is seen by a large portion of French people as a ridiculous bimbo who will do anything for more fame/money, a shitty singer who humiliates herself shamelessly by singing insipid cheesy songs listened to exclusively by girls from 6 to 12.
I personally really like her. Love her actually. Very much  . But I was also curious to see what the GR community would make of her, lol (guess she'll be bashed beyond recognition, but who knows?).
Anyway, be sure to tell me what y'all think! 
PS: it is to be noted that Lorie was soundly booed for this performance, which I did find kind of unfair. Sure, she lip-synched the whole thing, but so did 95% of the other artists present, and they didn't get booed...

Yes, she's been doing that since the beginning of her career. She's also involved in a lot of other causes, such as the "Pièces Jaunes" (for hospitals), the "Arc-En-Ciel" organization (for helping sick children have their dream come true), and some environmental causes.

ok, i'm french and i know the bitch and sorry Happy Evil Dude but she's just the dumbest whore i've ever seen here in france, this girl as just nothing; no talent, no voice, no taste, no personality, she just follows the tendances of music to see what's "it" at the moment and then she makes crappy songs but hey, now she's almost hated by the whole country even little girls, so! let's hope we will never ever hear about her for the rest of our lives, thank god!!
