Hmm makes you think - given all the money/stylists the world has to offer. How would you create yourself? (or given that you are Tom Cruise - how do you create your wife)
IMO the "tom cruise wife look" needs to be a little more unique/artsy not so mainstream. marathon running is good. I think a little more interest in other cultures/countires would be good. She also needs a cause like global poverty/warming or something that people can admire her for.

^^She needs to stop dressing like a 45-year old park avenue socialite with Anna Wintour's hair. You can dress elegantly and conservatively and still look your age. Nothing's gonna make the public forget the big age difference with them, and they need to consider that's the least of their problems.
