I agree that she needs a stylist. Every outfit she is wearing seems to be very unflattering to her body shape.
But how about this pic of Hayden and Lindsay Lohan from the festival. Hayden looks so thrilled to be sitting next to Lilo.

Her body is weird. She seems to be slim except for her upper arms. If you only see her arms you would expect a much chunkier person than she is.

I don't care for this girl. I just wanna paint her brown dye her hair green and prop her up in my back lawn. She can scare the bad azz kids and birds that come near the garden. That's the only use I see for her.

yes she's got a very weird body... partially very thin and small, but with a big head. And veeeery short legs, she has very high heels but still looks very short. She really needs a better stylist I know you can cover that I have a friend with the same figure
