I thought she was all kinds of cute and precocious in that white coat, with her hair in a bun, when she was promoting her handbag a couple of days ago; but this outfit is just a waste of being 17, or however old she is. Lamb dressed as mutton. Too heavy make-up, boring dress that doesn't do anything for her.
